About us

Blowout Mama Salon was created from a deep passion for ensuring every guest leaves with an elegant, polished finish. Early in my career, while working as a salon renter, I became known by a few nicknames that reflected my love for beautiful finishing work. But after the birth of my son, Blowout Mama was truly born. In 2008, during the economic crash, I made the bold decision to step away from the fast pace of a large salon and create an intimate studio space of my own. I took a leap of faith, trusting that my talent, experience, and determination would carry me forward. Fifteen years later, that dream has grown into something truly meaningful, and I am proud to elevate the Blowout Mama Salon experience through this new rebrand for the loyal clients who have supported me every step of the way.

Hi, I’m Tracey Campbell—owner of Blowout Mama Salon, artist at heart, and a lifelong lover of all things beauty. Born on June 25, 1980, and a twin, I’ve been a licensed cosmetologist since 1999, building a career rooted in creativity, connection, and continuous growth.

For me, beauty is more than a service—it’s an experience. I specialize in hair, while also having a deep passion for nails and makeup, bringing a well-rounded, artistic approach to everything I do. Education is at the core of my work; I’m always learning, evolving, and refining my craft to deliver modern, customized results for every client who sits in my chair.

I’m also a proud wife to my husband Chad and a mom to my two amazing kids, Bryceson and Bailea. Family is everything to me, and I’ve been fortunate to build a career that allows me to keep my worlds beautifully connected.

Outside the salon, I’m creative, crafty, and hands-on—I love building, designing, and bringing ideas to life. I have a huge heart for animals (my fur babies are part of the family!) and a deep compassion for caring for others, including the elderly.

At the end of the day, my passion is simple: making people feel confident, cared for, and beautiful—inside and out.
